3 rounds. 1 round consists of: 1. 30 sec Side-to-side Kick Punch (30 s rest) 2. 30 sec Sledge Hammer Swings(30 s rest) 3. 30 sec Crab Toe Touch (30 s rest) 4. 30 sec Side-to-side Squat Jumps (30 s rest) 5. 30 sec Silent Burpee (30 s rest)
