Mango Salad

Ingredients

  1. 2 Mangos (preferably not too ripe)

  2. 1 Chili

  3. 1/4 Tsp Salt

  4. 1/5 Tsp Ground Pepper

  5. 1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil

  6. 6 Tbsp Vinegar

Procedure

  1. Peel & slice the mangos.

  2. Finely chop the chili.

  3. Put everything into a bowl and add salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.

  4. Mix everything well together.

  5. It's now ready, but you can let the mangos get well marinated by letting it stand for a couple of hours in the fridge, or if you are in a sunny place, in the sun.
