Ingredients

  1. 40 g Avocado

  2. 50 g Rye Bread

  3. 65 g Vegan Protein Powder

  4. 15 g Cashews

  5. 1/5 tsp Black Pepper


Procedure

  1. On the rye bread, apply the avocado.

  2. Season avocado with black pepper to give it a kick.

  3. The nuts are eaten on the side.

  4. Mix protein powder with water to make protein shake to accompany the meal.
