Sweet potatoes with tempeh, lentils & avocado

Ingredients

  1. 40 g Avocado

  2. 50 g Lentils (Dry)

  3. 100 g Sweet Potato

  4. 100 g Tempeh

Procedure

  1. Bake sweet potatoes in oven at 200 degrees celcius until soft (about an hour).

  2. Cook tempeh and lentils.

  3. Serve everything together with avocado.
