Vegan Fluffy Pancakes

2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
400 mL Oat Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla sugar
2 Tsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
300 g Wheat Flour
Whip the wheat flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and normal sugar in a bowl.
Slowly pour in the oat milk and mix to a uniform mass.
Heat a pan to medium heat and add the coconut oil.
2 tablespoons of the mixture will make a pancake. Fry them for about 3 minutes on each side until golden in colour.
You can serve them warm with berries and/or maple sirup.
Fry for about 3 minutes per side.
Time to turn to the other side!
Pancakes are ready!
