250 g vermicelli
3 dL oat milk
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
4 cardamom pods
The cardamom pods are crushed; throw the pods away after emptying their content. If the vermicelli is long, break it into about 1-2 cm pieces.
Roast the vermicelli in a pot at high heat for 1 minute; remember to stir.
Now put the vermicelli in a bowl.
Add the oat milk, cardamom pod content and vanilla sugar into the pot, and heat to boiling.
Once boiling, add the vermicelli and reduce the heat to allow simmering. Stir while simmering.
Cook until the mixture thickens. It takes about 10 minutes to get there.
